Gosh... I'm really sorry to hear this news. Poor Peppy! I hope the Lupron helps. Must be tough for you, Easttex. I know you want to think positively and focus on the outcome you want, but it's hard when you realize you might be smacked in the face with a really tough situation all of the sudden. I feel for you.  We'll be thinking of you and Peppy. Here's to hoping he finds a way to beat whatever it is that's ailing him. |

Exactly right, Aaron. Yesterday he seemed to do really well, but less so today. We're back to syringe feeding. He's not so ill that he doesn't love cuddling at my neck all day. I know it's hard to know what to say at times like this, and I appreciate the good thoughts.

Thanks, Aaron.  We're both hanging in there. He's gained the weight back following the fluid removal, but he's still eating, and his breathing isn't too terrible. And he's still enjoying the snuggling. |
