Sometimes I see Gordon Bob her head up and down just like when she has been sick before and then like nibbles (does action she does when she has a drink) I assumed crop rearrangement since she normal does it a little while after food when sat alone. However I read online that crop rearrangement is a yawn so I'm a little confused which is it?

I think it's pretty easy to tell when a bird is just yawning. They're usually quite relaxed, to begin with. So I doubt that is what Gordon is doing, from your description. If you could post a short video of her doing it, it would be easier to say.

Crop rearrangement is more like their heads are in a downward position and their bills open and close. Yawning... they yawn almost like us. Wide open bill ... neck stretched out. Yawning can happen a few times in a row so I think that is why the two can get confused at times.
My little guy does crop regurgitation a lot lately. He is in heat and wants to feed something... anything... even his foot... lol

Maya does the head bobbing sometimes in conjunction with the open beak to settle her crop, usually if she's stuffed her face with grains, so it might be similar. She has also demonstrated regurgitation behaviours before when I feed her egg or egg food and then she sits on my shoulder immediately after. It's normally pretty easy to distract her with a toy. Either way, it sounds relatively normal, but, as easttex says, a video might help to identify. If she does it a lot, maybe she's eating something that she's having trouble transferring out of her crop? You could always give your vet a ring if you are concerned about it. I was really worried about regurgitation and head bobbing, so took Maya to the vet, who just said 'it's ok, it's cos she loves you!'
Keep an eye on it, maybe give her a daily weigh in as well at the same time every day. Bird weight fluctuates by a few of grams daily, which is normal, but if her weight changes dramatically, then that might be an indication that something is wrong, otherwise I guess it's just about learning her motions so you can identify which are healthy and which are not.
