I saw this on /r/parrots recently, and tho the illustration is of a cockatiel, my little Yoshi does this exact same thing! I wasn't aware it was a general bird thing until I saw this. I thought it was funny, and figured you all might get a kick out of it too!

LOL thankfully Cupcake does not do this, but my parents' Cockatiel is the king of this behavior. That's very funny.
Actually, I take it back. If you try to break one of Cupcake's pin feathers when she is not ready for that one to be messed with, she will definitely get super fussy while being rubbed... although still not really biting.
