Is coconut flour safe for them(no sugar or sweetners) to eat every day? Anybody know about it? It sounds good.

I don't know the answer to this, but I'm curious. Are you making bird bread or something like that with it?

Yes, Quaker cornmeal mix , 4 baby foods, egg whites, little veg. oil, baking powder, little salt, mixed with coconut flour.. White flour has too many carbs...for my baby..White flour is bad!

I would guess this is probably fine, but like Easttex, I don't know for sure. Coconut is so healthy in general, I would imagine it's okay. But again, this is a guess.

I've never tried coconut flour either, if I bake treats I use brown rice flour. I doubt you would need to add salt to it, they could probably do without it.
