Welcome Jacob and Chuck! You've come to the right place if you are looking to talk Quakers! Certainly no need to worry about boring us with too many stories or photos. If we weren't into such things, we probably wouldn't hang out here  Our QP is Cupcake, and she is the 5th from the left on the banner, directly to the right of Bonnie Do you know much about Chuck's history? It will be helpful to know what his life was like before he came to you when trying to integrate him into your life. If not, that's okay too-- it might take a bit more time and patience to get him comfortable in your home, but you will get there. Patience is the name of the game with these little ones. Feel free to ask as many questions as you have! We are all happy to help! |

Do I have to have a certain amount of posts before posting links/ photo's?? Aww, I think that it is awesome that members birds have been used for the banner! Don't know much about his history to be honest.Chuck at the minute does belong to a friend though. When I lived in Hertford, she was a waitress at the restaurant where I used to work. (I now live in Crawley, west sussex). I am not sure if she has owned him for all 8 years of his life or if he had a previous home before she owned him.. I will try and get as much information from her as possible. Thanks again |

Great! No, you can post links or photos at any time. It can be a little confusing though, because photos need to be hosted elsewhere and then linked to from here... Cheers Aaron, I will post pictures as soon as I get a chance after he arrives. Ah that would be so cool to get Chuck up on the banner! I don't know if he had a home previous to my friend owning him. I haven't really spoken to her much, OH was the one who arranged all of this. I will have a good chat with her with Thursday and try to find out a bit more about him. |
