I wish somebody had warned me about the keyboard last year......... Hopefully I will never need to post anything that has a word with the last letter of the alphabet! ~Sandee~

It only took one covetous look by Chuckie at my new laptop for me to relocate it to a different room. He is far too curious or agitated by electronics. He lunges at my Wii video game controller if I happen to walk past his house while holding it.

Oscar will lunge at anything that I am carrying... even if it is his own food. For some reason I am not allowed to carry things when he is with me. I have learned though... if he is on my right shoulder... I must carry everything with my left hand... and vice versa. Keeps the biting down.

Like maybe he thinks you're giving attention to an object instead of him?

QPs definitely like the limelight. And seem to have opinions as to which hand can serve as an acceptable perch. Chuckie loves to keep me guessing if it is a 'right hand OK day' or 'left hand OK day'.

It sure is an attention thing Zim and if he doesn't get it all.... then I get a bite. Even when hubby talks to me... Oscar will scream... or lordy help me if hubby wants a hug..... ha ha ha... Oscar wants ALL my attention all the time. (But I still take the hugs and he can scream all he wants).

This is hilarious to read and all of it is true with regard to Byron except for the shrieking. He IS noisy, but it's more just chatter. He'll chat away to himself while he's in his cage, although he seems to have learned that shrieking while he's out of his cage will only get him ignored/put away. That said, he's only 6 or so months old! He doesn't treat me with disdain, but he is utterly demanding and gets wheeled around on his play stand like the sultan he thinks he is!
