So Sonic has gotten into the habit of biting my fingernails, not hard, I guess he's trying to preen them. He does get carried away some times and bites them a bit hard at times. Does anyone else's birds do that? Just curious if sonic is just weird.... Lol

Cupcake does this thing where she gnaws on my fingertip/fingernail. She does it in a way that she she seems to know doesn't hurt, but every once in a while she gets carried away and sinks her beak into the flesh near my cuticle... Heh... Not very pleasant.

Ralph doesn't chew on my fingernails, but if I have a hangnail he'll nibble it away.

Bonnie doesn't go for fingernails, just hubby's fingers....chomp! She does like to nibble my fingertips gently, unless we are playing the 'ow' game, in which case she nips a bit harder (I pull her beak in return).

Peppy bites on mine, gently. Sometimes he will do that to tell me to move my hand away. He is very, very good about taking his meds, but occasionally it's just a little too much, and he tells me so, via fingernail. In the nicest way possible.

Oscar loves to bite my nails. He will actually chew them off and then eat them. Guess he figures it is like grout and feels good in his tummy. He does not like toe nails however... which is too bad cause I could use a pedicure right now lol.
