Florence (sex unknown) became part of our family just before Christmas 2018. She was 9 months old at the time. Despite a previous reputation at the pet shop where she came from of being a biter, with handling she is now an affectionate and charming little personality. She can't yet fly but is used to being able to waddle and flutter around the house as she wishes. She is also beginning to learn to talk with a very cute peek-a-boo her current speciality!
She has bonded with both my husband and myself but sadly we feel that she needs more attention than we can give her - perhaps another bird companion or just a family/person with the time to spend on her.
Although we paid quite a lot for this entertaining and delightful little bird, finding a good home for her is very important to us. To the right home, £100 will secure this lovely, fun wee bird as well as her large cage and some toys (although she likes keys, glasses, pens, etc much more that any of her 'toys'!).
We live near Glasgow, Scotland.
