Greetings! Sorry to hear you are having difficulties with your little one.
There are lots of reasons why this could happen, so we'll probably need a little more background info about the bird-- age, how long you've had them, what normal behavior is like, etc... Really, the more details, the better. These birds go through phases, can become hormonal at times, can be territorial, jealous, protective, and can be very opinionated... they don't like to be forced to do anything, and they will always test the boundaries that you set, over time. Truth be told, what you've described doesn't sound unusual at all... but at any rate, we would love to help-- just need some more information.
Thanks!

Welcome to the forum... and yes... more information is needed in order to determine what the issue is. Does he do this in his cage or outside the cage.... biting happens but only for a reason... could be something as simple as too fast movements... or bright colors.... or not feeling confident about their surroundings. These little guys take a long time to adjust to new surroundings... so be patient... talk and sing to him.... be gentle... do not try to put your hand in their cage too soon... there are so many scenarios... please give more information.
