Is amazing! She's bounced back from her colic episode, and is doing great! I can't wait to go riding! Hopefully soon.

She looks wonderful. You have done so well with her. Izzie just missed my head with her back hooves on Saturday. The lesson I learned is dont come between a pony, food and another pony trying to eat the food. She was actually trying to kick Maggie - I was in the way. This is really bad behaviour on her part as she usually shares her food with the other ponies. She has also started snorting at me if I go near the other ponies. She is now running away from everyone (except me) so I think we need to go back to basics with her as we need at least one other person who can catch her. She seems to be getting overly confident these days and very bossy. I feel I am a slave to all my animals and that they are doing just what they like at my expense

It looks like Cami's got that pretty dish face. Is she Arabian?
Jan, it has to be kind of nice to see Izzie gaining confidence, but not so nice to be pushed around by another of your charges. Do you suppose she might have gotten a glimpse of the Quaker Handbook section "Taking Charge of Your Human?"

I think she's got at little bit of Arabian blood, but I don't know for sure. I want to contact the Appaloosa Horse Club to see if I can get a DNA test done.

Easttex, I think the dog took a peek at that book as well as she is now peeing and pooing in the rumpus room if I do something to upset her - that includes not picking her up when she wants to be picked up, going to work, etc., etc. I am still trying to figure out how it all came to this. I wont be happy if Shah has lent his book to other species

Gosh Dani, what a change. How is her bond with you - is it very close? She is one very lucky mare to have been adopted by you. Keep posting pictures of her. She just looks so amazing these days

Yes, I've started massaging her and she loves it! We sit and just relax together on a fairly regular basis, which is wonderful.
