Here is our shrimp tank, which is also home to Neon Tetras and Pygmy Corydoras. An adult shrimp and a cory: Baby shrimp!

Thank you all for your thoughts! Good to know I can avoid other forums and still get good advice on this.
Neon tetras are kind of a sentimental favorite. My father had them. I also remember an algae eater, sharks, kissing gouramis, something referred to as cave fish because they had no eyes, and something translucent that seemed to have silvery innards. He also had oscars, but I don't want anything that big or complicated, or that will have to be fed live fish.
As a kid, I had no idea how much care went into planning these things. It's fascinating!
