It's funny how much like drowned, scrawny rats they look! 8-)We have a few photos/videos of Bonnie post-bath (before she realised she was on camera) and they make her look really skinny. The first time she had a bath in our house (after we 'got' her at 8 weeks old) she tried to fly afterwards and just dropped to the floor like a stone!

Aaron, are they your fingernails in the photo/s? Very impressive!

Hahaha no, that is actually my mother's fingernails! That last one was taken after a bath at my parents' house. It wasn't actually taken in sequence with the other ones.

Cupcake has such an innocent look on her face - butter wouldn't melt in her beak.

She is a master of that innocent look. Don't be fooled (I know you aren't).

Yes, Quakers really have that "Who, ME?! No, not cute, adorable, angelic me!" look down pat, don't they? Sammy got out of his cage today while I was at work. I guess I didn't latch the door properly (There is no way he could have opened the main door lock). Thankfully he spent the entire day being lazy on top of his cage, but boy did my heart pound when I came home and the cage door was open!

Has anyone on this forum taken their blood pressure as pre-quaker and post-quaker 'owners', I wonder?

LOL... I know my anxiety got a lot worse at first when we got Cupcake. But I sorted that out and have adapted for the most part. Not entirely though.
