Hello I am new here, I have a Quaker parrot since October 2020. She’s turning 1 years old, at the end of May. The problem is I talk to her continuously, and she isn’t speaking. How long do they learn to speak?

Welcome to the Forum! Some parrots learn to imitate human speech quickly and some can take a long time. A few may never speak anything but their native parrot language. Repeating the same words over and over, speaking clearly, is the best approach to trying to teach a parrot human speech. Using words in context often helps too-- for example, say "good morning" several times when you first greet your parrot in the morning, and you might identify a favorite treat by name whenever you offer it. My QP Ralph learned the word "popcorn" that way. Just be patient and keep trying-- but it's possible that your QP may be one of those parrots who chooses not to imitate human speech. If that's the case, concentrate on her good qualities and keep on enjoying her company.
