I have no clue what my QP's wings are supposed to look like. How can I tell if the "breeder" clipped his wings before I got him? I've had him since May and from what she said, he hatched on Feb 22 ( although I don't believe she was being honest). Not sure if he just hasn't grown all his feathers yet or if they wer cut. I have a photo of him on his Instagram ( @rico.the.quakerparrot ) extending his wing and they look clipped. If they are, do they grow back? Thanks
