Hello....sorry to be so vague, but how would I get in touch with poster #16, in Ontario on your re-homing list? My Quaker buddy Sam is 15 and in great health, but I worry about what to do if my health breaks down and I cannot look after him. Hate to think of that, but I would love to introduce him to someone now, who would love him, so they could bond. Thank you, Deana.

Please, whoever is managing this site, let me know if it is still alive, or if I should be posting elsewhere on the site. The site does seem kind of static.....so sad to see. Deana

Hi Deana, Yes, this site is live...the reason you may not have received replies is that people may only reply if they know the answers to your questions. Unfortunately I don't know the answer to your question. And some of us are not in the US or Canada (I'm in Australia). There are are a couple of Forum moderators and managers...I will contact Aaron and see if he can assist you. Usually you can contact the person who's posted via a PM (personal message), but it does depend upon that person checking in to the Forum to fetch the messages. Hopefully my inquiries will help you. Best wishes.

The rehoming list was copied from the older version of the Quaker Parrot Forum and most of the listings on it are quite old. #16 that you asked about dates back 12 years, and I don't think that the poster has been active here for many years. You might try posting there about your own situation and what you're looking to accomplish, and include your location (but not your complete address). Maybe with biteybird's request, Aaron will be along to offer you more help.

Sorry for the slow response, all.. Things have been crazy lately.
Anyhow, I'm having a bit of trouble figuring out what old re-homing list post we're referring to... What is the username of the individual we're trying to get in touch with?
If I can figure out what user, I might be able to send them an email... let me know.

Thanks Gary! I miss you guys! Glad to see there's still some activity here-- I'll try to check in more often Unfortunately, the thread we're talking about here was copied from the previous incarnation of the forum as part of a transition campaign of sorts. There is no user with the name "Sammy's Mom Robyn" registered in this forum, and I looked for other variations but found nothing promising (all locations nowhere near Ontario)... I wish I could be of more help. Sorry, Deana!

You're welcome! Of course, you've been missed around here, and we'll be happy to have you around more often.
