i have quaker parrot he is one year old, before 7 days he stop to be active and stay in blow the cage closing his eyes and i took them to the vet he keep him 6 days, the vet told me nothink happen with your quaker he is ok. he litel better when i take him but still not active same before and can not fly and alway closeing his eyes. and you can see him on the link below:

Hi Naji, I think you are correct in that your poor little quaker is not completely well - can you change vets and get another opinion? After all, you know your bird best and if he seems not himself you should trust your own judgement and try to get answers and treatment. I hope your little one gets better. Please let us know how he goes.

Get another opinion..did you show the vet this video or any others you have? Good or bad,..show the next vet so he has an idea as to his all around behavior before and now. Is he eating less than normal? Breathing ok? Is he preening? Did the vet do a blood workup? Poor little guy..let us know.. Best wishes indeed. Cute little guy

I forgot to ask - is your vet a certified Avian vet? You'd be best to see someone with lots of bird experience rather than just a general vet. Best wishes.

I'm assuming your vet tested your bird's poo? My Pidge is sick at the moment with an imbalance of good and bad bacteria in his gut. He is having antibiotics which is improving things immensely.
