I somehow missed this thread. I got my tech class license when I was 16, and was involved at that time. I haven't messed with it in a while. I've still got a couple mobile rigs, I just never got around to putting one in when I purchased a new truck. My call sign is KC9CSN Oh, wow, you know what you're doing, then! (unlike me).  I have to get off my posterior soon and schedule, then study for the exam. We can set up our own little interest group on air!  |

I haven't started on it yet, but I will keep your expertise in mind, zim. Oh, I'm no expert! I never advanced beyond my tech class license. I started learning Morse, but never finished. I think they changed the rules, at least here in the states, to not require Morse for the next class tho. |
