To me... and I'm no quaker expert but it looks like he is just being a bit of a goofball haha its also quite a baby quaker thing too though so it could be a range of things. I know now that Normy does it when he wants attention, extra food (usually baby bird food even though he has supposed to been weened off that) scratchies or just being silly! He thinks he is super funny to I think when he does it so he does it quite a bit!

I guess that makes sense. He did it like a few times then stopped and I laughed and I guess kinda showed him that it was a good behaviour (unintentional positive reinforcement for the win?) an now I think he just does it to be goofy, he certainly can't be hungry still...

Raeza, many say this is the behavior that got Quaker Parrots their name-- because they all do this cute quaking thing as babies. It's totally normal, and generally associated with wanting something, but that could be food, or merely attention.
