I went for a short walk outside today, and chatted with one of my neighbors. She was surprised to see me out and about already, but I feel great!
I still get headaches, but Zach tells me to "be patient, you're still healing". LOL
One thing I don't have anymore is anxiety! I don't cringe when Zach yells at the animals or his video games, I don't really react at all! Yay!!!! I wonder if the anxiety was my body's reaction to not being able to expel a foreign object. I don't know.
I have to wait for my pathology and operative reports to go into detail, but it's a really good thing I had surgery when I did. There are two parts to Essure, an inner coil wrapped with PET fibers and an outer coil. From what I understand, the left fallopian tube and coil were fine. The right side wasn't. The inner coil was inside the tube, but the outer coil was all stretched out and sticking out of the tube. It was about to perforate my bowels. I'm not sure what would have happened, but it doesn't sound fun.
Anyway, other than the headaches, I feel great!
