Does anyone have a good recipes for a mash or chop that can be frozen and used later?

You can buy what's called crazy corn from different web sites. I get it through www.mysafebirdstore.com Search crazy corn. There are several there. I've bought the rice pudding and my little guy loves it. You make the bag full and you can freeze it for later. It's super easy and you can freeze a weeks worth etc. per baggie or whatever. Keep it refrigerated and warm it slightly before serving.

I just cook rice or a different grain, throwing a selection of different vegetables on hand, nearer the end, then when it is almost done crack an egg in the pot and cook it stirring until it is done. I freeze it in tiny portions to take out when we are having a dinner Casey doesn't like.
