Has anyone tried Dave's Killer Bread? Second son loves the stuff, so I tried it for a peanut butter sandwich. Aldo always demands crusts (preferable toasted and buttered) so being a well trained People, i naturally obliged.
OMG! He went crazy for the stuff and likes it even better than the raw, in the hull, white sunflower seeds the People have to order off the 'net.
If you're interested, get the Dave's Seed bread (Thin Slice). I cut the crusts off with my kitchen shears, then into about 1 inch lengths and let them air dry. The whole slice has seeds in it, but the crusts have visible seeds and other crunchy bits. I do have several dehydrators, but air drying seems to be fine.
Now the Greedy Boy demands it all the time. The rule is he eats his pellets first, then he gets a Seed or a Crust.
Check it out. It's around $5 at the grocery store, but our local bread outlet has the day old loaves for $2.
