Can any breeders out there tell me when quakers are fully feathered? I have been reading so much about quakers but getting different answers. One source said three weeks but another said six weeks. I really need to know because i requested baby pictures from the breeder. I will be getting my baby in six weeks and the breeder said no feathers yet.

Four to six weeks old is supposedly typical for a smaller parrot to be feathered out.

We first viewed our quaker, Bonnie, at 6 weeks old and she had all her feathers then.
