I have had the worst week ever . My Quaker had surgery to remove a tumour on his wing . He picked the suture completely and blood was everywhere . So back to emerg vet to put collar on him. He is eating, thank God but is looking depressed. He can't climb, preen any part of his body, etc. This is so heartbreaking even though it is the best thing for him. Any pointers on how to help him adjust?

I haven't had experience with this sort of thing, so I am sorry I can't offer advice...however, I just want to lend a bit of support by saying I'm thinking of you and Rambo. I hope he comes good soon.

Sorry that you and your QP have gone through that. I would suggest talking to his regular vet, or the emergency vet, to get some advice. Hope he recovers soon.
